On Thursday, Year 4 went to Kew Gardens to explore Maths in the great outdoors. They had a great time measuring the perimeter of different leaves and working out the circumference of trees. After that, they learnt about different biomes and were fascinated to see the different plants that grow there and what they are used for. Year 4 were surprised to find out that there is a self peeling banana and that its seeds smell like cucumbers! They behaved beautifully and we are so proud of them.
Pre-Prep pupils enjoyed their reading session outdoors, fully embracing the warmth of the sunshine.
Pupils selected their favourite books and gathered with friends in the Teletubbies area.
